Our private, secure art studios in Bali are designed to inspire effortless creativity, offering everything from fully equipped hair and makeup rooms. Forgot something? No problem, just visit the on-site fashion and props department to rent whatever you need to complete your shot. Whether you’re working on a photoshoot, film project, or any other creative endeavor, our studios provide the ideal environment to bring your vision to life, with convenience and comfort at every turn.
Secret Garden Studio
11.4m x 7m outdoor private studio filled with wild flowers and plants, a victorian inspired glasshouse potting shed, spiral staircase and a dreamy bedroom set-up. Double access doors allow for larger props and furniture to enter. This studio gets excellent light all day, with sunlight moving from left to right.
An air conditioned hair & makeup room, bathroom, rack & steamer are also included. Please be aware plants may change as this studio is living, and they will grow and change by season. For up to date images please see our instagram @baliartsdistrict.
Sculpture Studio
11.8m x 8.6m second floor studio with incredible natural light on 3 sides. This is a working artists studio, filled with sculptures and art materials. Equipped with a bathroom, makeup table area, rack and steamer.
Water Studio
15m x 18.5m outdoor water studio with 17 natural pools, white rock walls and a huge waterfall. This studio also features a cave house, stairs and second floor shooting platform for overhead shots. A Bathroom, air conditioned hair & makeup room, rack and steamer are also included.
Haveli Villa
22.5m x 8.6m Villa house, located off-site in Umalas, Haveli villa is a completely unique architectural gem. Lovingly hand carved from stone & polished plaster with influences from Africa and the spice route. Furnished with one of a kind antiques from Marrakech, India, Africa & the Middle East. The villa is an open layout around a courtyard with ample outdoor shoot spaces, a white pool, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & living space. Haveli can accommodate up to 8 people, and there are many props available in the villa, including pots, giant shells and antique books.
Kasbah Studio
Our largest 22.7m x 12.8m, multi level outdoor studio, based on an ancient middle-eastern kasbah. Featuring a tower, water well, stair cases, arched corridors, 2 small pools and partially sand covered floors on the ground floor. The 2nd floor features a dome and access to overhead shooting platforms for overhead shots. Also included is a fully air-conditioned hair & makeup room with rack, steamer & private toilet.
